Local Delivery & Collection

Delivery Areas & Fees

- We offer local delivery currently within the Gateshead Area ONLY.

- A standard postage fee of £3-£5 applies to orders under £10, depending on parcel size and weight.

- Orders over £20 qualify for free local delivery. 

Wider Shipping Methods & Fees

UK Shipping

• Standard Shipping: £3–£5 flat rate, (depending on parcel size and weight.)

• Express Shipping: £6–£10 for faster delivery within 1–2 business days.

• Free Shipping: Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery.

Delivery Timeframes 

- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase. 

- Local deliveries are made on pre-arranged days, and customers will receive a notification when their order is out for delivery. 

Collection Options 

- Customers can collect their orders from a pre-agreed designated public pickup point during the week.   

- Please bring proof of purchase for collection. 

Shipping Terms

- We take care to ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage. 

- Once an order has been delivered or collected, it is considered **final**, and responsibility for the item is transferred to the customer. 

- If an order is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us on the below email address. 

Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues 

- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. 

- Refunds or replacements May be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please see separate refund policy.
