Cancellation Policy

We understand than life can sometimes be unpredictable, please pay attention to our cancellation policy and respect our time and work. Where life is unpredictable for us, we will aim to do our best to respect you, and communicate as quickly and effectively as possible.

1. Event & Workshop Cancellations

- Cancellations 48 hours or more before the event:
  You may cancel for a full refund or choose to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future event.

- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event:
  We cannot offer a refund, but we may allow you to reschedule on a case-by-case basis if space is available.

- No-shows:
  Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for no-shows.

-Customized or tailored events/workshops/ classes will require as much notice as possible. Please value my time and effort.

2. Private Bookings (e.g., sensory sessions, consultations)

- Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance:
  A full refund or free rescheduling is available.

- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice:
  A 50% cancellation fee applies, or you may reschedule on a case by case basis, however rescheduling late may incur a fee.

4. Event Cancellations by Us

We will always endeavor to go ahead with pre-arranged bookings; however, we are human too! If we must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, childcare issues, low enrollment, weather), we will make sure we contact you as soon as we possibly can, and offer you the choice of:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to a new date, or
- A credit toward future events

We are a new business starting up with only 1 staff member, who is a single parent, juggling many roles, please respect our time, effort, and energy, as we will respect yours.
