A Day in My Shoes is a collaborative anthology sharing the voices and experiences of SEND Parent Carers and families across the North East.

 

Created through a participatory project delivered by Coloured Hearts C.I.C. in partnership with Found North East, the book brings together personal experiences and creative contributions to help others understand what life can look and feel like from a different perspective.

 

Co-edited by Debra Cowey and Laura Frank, the anthology forms part of the wider A Day in My Shoes project, which also included creative workshops and film.
