At Found North East Ltd, we take great pride in crafting high-quality homemade products with care and attention to detail. All our products have been designed and tested in our own home! We aim for your home to get as much enjoyment or success from products that we have! However, we understand that issues may arise, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Returns & Refunds
Our current products for sale are all homemade and made to order. Therefore, we have a no returns, no exchange policy in place currently. This means that we will only offer returns or refunds if the product is damaged or faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue has been verified.
- Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required to process your request.
Custom-Made & Personalized Items
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
- If an error was made on our part, we will remake the item or issue a refund.
Returns for Non-Faulty Items (Online Purchases Only)
- For items purchased online, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return, as per UK consumer protection laws. This does not apply to custom made or personalised items.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
How to Request a Refund
- Email foundne25@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
- Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within *7 days* to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Conditions
- General Wear and Tear: Refunds or exchanges are not available for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Sale & Clearance Items: Products sold as part of a sale or clearance event are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Digital Products: Downloadable or digital items are non-refundable after purchase.
This policy is final, no exceptions. This means upon completing any purchase, any customer is agreeing that the sale is completed once the purchase is made, and customers should not expect to receive a refund or replacement for the purchased item, regardless of their dissatisfaction, unless it meets the criteria in the above policy.
